Welcome to the Ditton Santa Run 2024 booking portal. We are Fully Booked for 2024. If you would like to be added to the reserve list then please complete the below, if a slot becomes available then we will be in contact. You need not pay anything now, just submit your reserve booking and we will collect payment later should a slot become available.
The Santa Run happens on Christmas Eve between 3pm and 8pm. You will need to provide us with a wrapped present per child, and we will arrange for Santa to deliver it back to your door on Christmas Eve!
We can visit 90 houses, and we charge per child.
Pricing:
One Child = £15
Two Children = £14 each (£28)
Three Children = £13.50 each (£40.50)
Four Children = £13 each (£52)
Five + Children = £12.50 each (£62.50 + £12.50 for each additional – increase the basket quantity accordingly.)
Regrettably, if you book 1 child but then provide a present for multiple children in one bag, or one present with multiple names on it, your booking will be rejected and no refund given. Please book per child.
Wrapped presents should be dropped to the Scout Hut on Monday 23rd December between 7pm and 9pm.
Payment is required at point of booking, refunds are possible if requested no later than 2 weeks before the event to give us time to fill the space. After this point refunds are not possible.
The route order will be released to participants a couple of weeks before the event. Sorry, we can’t confirm a specific time that Santa will visit you, but you will be able to make a rough guess based on the route order.
Full instructions will be emailed to all bookings approximately 2 weeks before the event.
